Job Title: Financial Representative 2 – Intermediate

Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15222 (301 Fifth Avenue, Suite 470)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a team lead for the regional monitoring team, coordinating activities and priorities
  • Develop and manage provider monitoring schedules to ensure compliance with required review frequency
  • Conduct on-site monitoring visits and evaluations of provider performance and compliance
  • Interview provider staff, stakeholders, and program participants to assess service quality
  • Analyze program data, reports, and documentation to identify strengths, gaps, and risks
  • Compile findings and prepare detailed reports aligned with CMS and OLTL standards
  • Participate in entrance, update, and exit conferences with providers and internal teams
  • Identify and escalate fraud, abuse, or compliance deficiencies
  • Support training development and delivery for providers and internal staff
  • Assist with data collection tools, research, and reporting improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership on program performance and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in program monitoring, compliance, auditing, or healthcare/human services
  • Strong ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Experience conducting interviews, evaluations, or on-site reviews
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and reporting requirements
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with long-term care programs, Medicaid waivers, or CMS protocols
  • Background in quality assurance, case management, or program evaluation
