Responsibilities
- Maintain and update Salesforce CRM records, pipelines, and sales reporting
- Prepare dashboards, client lists, meeting materials, and sales presentations
- Coordinate onboarding steps such as system access and training logistics
- Organize meetings, webinars, and client communications
- Handle administrative support, compliance documentation, and sales collateral
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, HR, and Product teams to support initiatives
- Monitor client data, territory details, and account segmentation
Credentials
- Bachelors degree required
Required Qualifications
- 0 to 3 years of experience in sales operations, client support, or financial services (internships count)
- Exposure with Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills
- Should have an interest in the financial industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to financial services sales support, client onboarding, or CRM reporting
