This inside sales role is focused on generating new business opportunities by proactively connecting with prospective clients—primarily within the financial industry. You will play a key role in building relationships, identifying opportunities, and positioning our consulting, real estate, design, and construction services.
Core Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Secure and schedule meetings to present commercial design/build services.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their strategic goals and align solutions accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions within CRM software.
- Manage follow-up communications and long-term relationship development.
- Attend industry conventions and travel as needed.
- Customize and distribute marketing materials, proposals, and relevant company information based on client needs
