About the Position

As a Financial Services Advocate, your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding front-line customer support. You'll engage with clients from the comfort of your home over Zoom, helping clients to identify and achieve their financial goals. It's all about creating exceptional customer experiences by offering education, discovering goals, and implementing strategies to obtain them.

What We Need From You

• Backgrounds in customer service, leadership, and management are a plus.

• Must be over 18 years old and a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Must own a computer with a webcam and have reliable internet.
• Experience in education, coaching, military, or as elite athletes preferred but not required!
• A genuine drive to help others and foster community well-being.
