We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Services Client Support Associate to join our teamin Austin, TX. This role supports the internal sales desk within the intermediary distribution channel, enabling sales professionals to focus on client engagement by managing operational, administrative, and logistical tasks. The position offers an estimated pay range of $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, including client profiles and opportunity tracking
- Monitor pipeline reports and sales metrics for internal teams
- Assist in onboarding new team members, preparing necessary tools and documentation
- Support meeting preparations by creating pitch books, product data sheets, and coordinating logistics
- Handle administrative tasks such as calendar management, compliance filings, and collateral updates
- Gather intelligence on advisory and client segments to support segmentation and campaign efforts
Required Experience and Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 13 years ina client support role, preferablywithinfinancial services. This can include sales internships.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), as well as Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with asset management products, channelsand intermediary sales practices
