Responsibilities:

• Lead analysis of the current application landscape, business capabilities, and supporting technology.
• Conducting stakeholder interviews to identify gaps and develop recommendations.
• Focus on application and data architecture analysis, vendor platform assessment, and technology rationalization.
• Support the development of target-state architecture and implementation roadmaps.
• Assess and benchmark current technology against industry best practices.
• Identify improvement opportunities in process optimization and technology enhancement.
• Evaluate solution pathways such as enhancement, replacement, or outsourcing.
• Provide business case comparisons of options based on value, cost, and implementation complexity.
• Define short-term tactical improvements and long-term strategic roadmaps.
• Offer target-state architecture and operating model recommendations.
