COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Pay Rate: $27.68 per hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Employment Type: W2 | Temp-to-Hire

ROLE IMPACT

Join a financial services support team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Service Professional, you will assist financial professionals and customers with account inquiries, brokerage operations, and complex service requests. Success in this role means resolving issues efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and building lasting client relationships through responsive, professional support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle complex and escalated customer inquiries, providing timely resolutions and exceptional service to financial professionals and account holders.

• Support brokerage operations, investment and advisory accounts, account transfers, and other financial services transactions.

• Guide customers through financial account platforms, online tools, and broker-dealer systems while troubleshooting navigation and access issues.

• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems while meeting call handling, service quality, and productivity expectations.

• Collaborate with internal teams, support process improvements, assist with employee training, and participate in special projects as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required.

• At least 1 year of banking/investment call center or customer service experience, including handling banking/investment customer inquiries and resolving issues.

• At least 1 year of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• CRM and customer interaction management platforms

• Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)

• Financial services and broker-dealer systems

• Brokerage and advisory account management platforms

• Call center and customer support technology

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience in banking, financial services, brokerage operations, or investment account support; college degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• Strong communication, active listening, problem-solving, organizational, and follow-up skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Adaptable, empathetic, and results-oriented professional who responds positively to coaching and works effectively both independently and collaboratively.
