Position Overview:
Are you interested in building a career in financial services and helping customers plan for their future? Our State Farm agency is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual who wants to grow into a financial services role. This position offers the opportunity to begin by helping customers with life and health insurance solutions while working toward obtaining securities licenses to expand into investment and financial planning services.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations with customers, has strong problem-solving skills, and is excited to develop their expertise in financial services and long-term financial strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

• Help customers understand and secure life and health insurance coverage that supports their financial goals
• Conduct customer needs analyses and provide guidance on protection and financial planning options
• Build strong relationships with customers through ongoing conversations and policy reviews
• Study for and obtain required securities licenses to expand into investment and financial services
• Transition into advising on investment options and broader financial planning once licensed
• Maintain compliance with insurance and financial regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain
• Interest in obtaining FINRA securities licenses (Series 6/63/65 or SIE)
• Sales or customer service experience in financial services, insurance, or a related field is helpful
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivated, coachable, and interested in long-term career growth in financial services
