Position Overview


Anthony Luster Insurance & Financial Services is seeking a motivated, relationship-focused Financial Services Representative to help grow our agency. This is a sales-focused role with opportunities to build customer relationships across auto, home, life insurance, and financial services.


You’ll receive hands-on coaching, product training, scripts, and a clear daily system to help you develop your skills and grow your income. We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, welcomes feedback, and consistently follows through.


Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to connect with prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customers’ insurance and financial priorities.
• Recommend appropriate coverage and help customers protect their households.
• Prepare quotes, follow up with prospects, and complete applications within applicable licensing requirements.
• Identify life insurance needs and opportunities for qualified rollover and IRA appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and track sales activity.
• Participate in daily coaching and work toward established activity and production goals.

Performance Expectations
Our sales system emphasizes consistent activity, including approximately 70 calls and three fact-finding conversations per day. Production benchmarks include four applications per day or one life/health sale, with a monthly goal of five to eight life applications.


Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and confidence initiating sales conversations.
• A goal-oriented mindset with dependable follow-through.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn, practice, and apply coaching.
• Strong organization and the ability to manage ongoing customer follow-up.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the licenses required for assigned responsibilities.

Compensation

• Annual base salary: $45,000–$50,000, determined individually by offer.
• Uncapped production compensation with illustrative annual total income opportunities:
  • Developing producer: $60,000–$75,000.
  • Strong producer: $75,000–$95,000.
  • Top-tier production and leadership path: $100,000+.
• Production compensation includes P&C tiers up to 10%, term life at 20%, permanent life at 25%, and $50 per qualified rollover/IRA appointment, subject to applicable eligibility and compensation terms.
