We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Part-Time Insurance Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a
Personal Lines insurance license who are looking to grow within the insurance industry. The position offers the opportunity to transition into a
full-time role based on performance and business needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Assist clients in identifying their insurance needs and recommending appropriate personal lines products (auto, home, renters, etc.)
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and referrals
- Provide quotes, explain coverage options, and close sales
- Accurately document all client interactions in the agency management system
QUALIFICATIONS:- Bilingual - Spanish required
- Work at least 20 hours a week
- 2+ years of experience in Insurance Sales
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed goals
