Description
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Financial Services Specialist in Alexandria, VA.
Key Tasks:
- Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to clients, including investment options, retirement planning, and wealth management
- Assist clients with banking transactions, account management, and resolving inquiries
- Conduct financial needs assessments to identify opportunities for cross-selling bank products and services
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations to provide accurate information to clients
- Process loan applications, credit card applications, and other financial products
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up
- Assist with branch operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a secure and organized work environment
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance financial knowledge and skills
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and provide a positive customer experience
