Financial Services Transactional Attorney

Qualifications:

• 4+ years' experience with financial services
• Lender side is preferred
• Handle commercial loan documentation, letters of credit, participation agreements
• Advising clients in commercial loan servicing
• Assist with government regulatory issues, forms and compliance
