Financial Solutions Executive I

About the role:

The FSE will partner with field sales teams to identify and develop opportunities where TD SYNNEX working capital programs - especially Amplify - can help partners accelerate channel sales, improve cash flow, and capture incremental market share.

What You'll Do:

• Identify, develop, and present opportunities for TD SYNNEX working capital solutions, including Net Terms, Amplify, RSA, and Floorplan Financing, to internal and external stakeholders at the management level.

• Develop new business opportunities while expanding program adoption within existing partner accounts.

• Field inbound calls and emails to ensure exceptional SLA with internal and external partners.

• Collaborate with TD SYNNEX field sales teams to ensure consistent customer experience and align financial solutions with partner needs.

• Participate with leadership on IT enhancements that deliver innovative channel financing offers within our platform.

• Implement working capital solutions that align with TD SYNNEX's overall credit philosophy.

• Conduct monthly sales reviews, document action items, and follow through on next steps to advance pipeline opportunities.

• Meet monthly and annual sales goals by tracking performance, reporting progress, and reviewing actual results against targets.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years experience in sales or equivalent

• Financial and/or solution sales experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.

• Expert knowledge of financial solutions offerings and broad understanding of how they integrate with the organization's entire product / service line.

• Work is performed under very limited direction. Has considerable latitude in determining best approach to sales and service tasks.

• Maintains excellent rapport with existing clients and frequently interacts directly with new prospects to build customer base and increase sales.

• Provides input to sales management.

• Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.

• Able to work within systems (MS Office and specifically Excel) and perform mathematical calculations related to business finance.

Location & Work Model

• Primary location: Clearwater, FL. Hybrid work schedule with onsite collaboration expected (company three-day in-office expectation).
