Description
This position is designed for transitioning military service members, veterans, and service-minded individuals looking to apply their leadership and discipline to a career in financial services.
We focus on helping families secure their financial legacies through education on debt elimination, wealth building, and asset protection.
Fully remote, flexible schedule (with part-time to full-time transition potential) within a supportive, team-oriented culture. Company-wide in-person events throughout the year.
Performance-based commission structure with uncapped earning potential.
No prior financial experience is required. The company provides complete training, mentorship, and support to help candidates obtain their state insurance license.
A laptop/desktop and strong interpersonal skills are required.
Job Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Educate and guide families through comprehensive financial planning strategies, including debt elimination and wealth protection.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships within your community.
- Participate in virtual training modules, mentorship programs, and regular team alignment meetings.
- Work independently to manage your client portfolio while utilizing full corporate support and resources.
