SECURITY CLEARANCE:Applicant must be eligible for a Department of War (DoW) personnel security clearance.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide financial management support for a Program/Project with advice and technical assistance in the preparation of project budgets.Measure financial performance and examine budget estimates or proposals for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with established procedures, regulations, and organizational objectives.Manage finances across multiple funding types.Track budgets, costs, and variances and produce executive summaries.Conduct financial reporting and analysis on financial issues and customer requirements.Develop and propose courses of actions (COAs) and recommendations for financial issues.Interpret and apply financial management principles.Apply financial management processes, techniques, policies, regulations and organizational strategic goals.EXPERIENCE:Seven (7) years of professional experience in a related field.EDUCATION:Bachelor's Degree.
