Financial Systems Business Analyst

Kforce has a client in Chicago, IL that is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst to support a growing financial systems and ERP environment.

Summary: This role will focus on requirements gathering, documentation, and cross-team coordination across multiple concurrent initiatives, including Workday Financials and treasury-related systems. The team is operating at high capacity and needs a self-starter who can step in quickly, bring structure, and help scale delivery across a distributed team supporting several workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and structure business and functional requirements across finance and ERP initiatives
• Break down work into clear deliverables, timelines, and dependencies to support execution across multiple projects
• Partner with stakeholders across finance, IT, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and progress
• Support Workday Financials-related efforts (enhancements, reporting, integrations)
• Help bring structure and organization to project delivery in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
• Proactively identify gaps, risks, and dependencies and drive solutions forward
