Major Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/p>- Installation, configuration, training, report writing, data migration and provide widespread support for the implementation of the FinancialForce ERP.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Assists new and existing clients in the implementation of FinancialForce platform and serves as the technical solution strategist or business analyst.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Evaluates client needs, develops configurations that support business processes and client technical environments.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Leads discovery, service or solution design sessions and develops key artifacts including, but not limited to process diagrams and concepts of operation.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Provides software training during and after the implementation process to achieve desired high -quality client service results.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Will collaborate with the Customer Success, Sales and IT Teams to ensure alignment of business priorities and inform various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Focuses on details and aesthetics to support the customer value proposition (CVP), and maintains a strong, visible corporate presence at business and community events to promote the company’s CVP.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Working with remote teams based in India or other countries is a plus.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Minimum Experience and Training Requirement:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/p>- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or IT related discipline along with 5 -7 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, or Salesforce implementation.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - 3 year administering Salesforce and FinancialForce + Salesforce and FinancialForce certification required OR 5 -7 years administering Salesforce and FinancialForce (PSA, FFA, OPI/SCM).<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - 2+ years of work experience in implementing or supporting FinancialForce software is required.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - 2+ years directing program activities to meet client and work objectives and have served clients (vendor side) to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills required.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Using Windows -based applications, including Outlook, Internet Explorer, Word, Excel, Access, IM, and social media platforms. Salesforce and FinancialForce certifications are a plus.<\/span>
