This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced transaction professional who thrives on organization, accuracy, and collaboration.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Coordinate and track the flow, execution, and delivery of financing and transaction documents from initial draft through closing
    • Serve as a professional point of contact, communicating with principals, outside counsel, lenders, and other stakeholders
    • Draft and edit routine transaction documents with accuracy and attention to detail
    • Conduct document research and prepare abstracts and summaries to support the Legal Financing Team
    • Maintain organized filing and archiving systems to ensure documents are complete, accurate, and readily accessible
    • Manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality
    Qualifications
    • Preferred experience in transaction coordination, paralegal support, real estate finance, or a closely related field
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines with strong organization and time management skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail paired with sound judgment and critical thinking
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong questioning and active listening abilities
    • Professional demeanor and the discretion to handle confidential information
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
    What We Offer
    • The stability of a privately held, family-run company with over 100 years of continuous operation
    • A collaborative, professional team environment where your work directly supports significant real estate transactions
    • Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package
    • Opportunities to learn and grow within a full-service real estate organization
This is a full-time, in-office position. Woodbury Corporation is an equal opportunity employer
