Position Summary

We are seeking a visionary Fine Arts Educator to inspire students in grades 4-8 in the performing arts. Whether your background is rooted in dance, theatre, instrumental music, vocal performance, or general music education, this role offers a rare opportunity to build a lasting legacy. You will have the creative freedom to shape, expand, and execute an innovative vision that fosters artistic expression, technical skill, performance, and a passion for the arts across a dynamic middle-grade student body.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Music Education, Theatre, Dance, or a related field (teaching certification preferred).
• Demonstrated experience teaching or mentoring youth in grades 4-8 in one or more core performing arts disciplines.
• A clear, enthusiastic vision for building an innovative, multi-disciplinary fine arts program.
• Strong leadership, classroom management, and artistic direction skills.
