Fine Dining Captains

The Villa Casa Casuarina at the Former Versace mansion is currently seeking full time service captains experienced and confident in fine dining. Knowledge of classic foods and wine service is required.

Responsibilities include:

Warm and thoughtful service of our guests, ability of working at a rapid pace calmly and efficiently, strong attention to detail, multitasking, great communication skills, and the ability to be a team player and role model.

Captains will report to our GM. Knowledge of POS systems is required. Our goal is to hire great individuals who enjoy creating dynamic and memorable guest experiences.
