FOOD RUNNER DEPAUL S TABLE STEAKHOUSE
DePaul s Table Steakhouse is a high-volume, upscale Italian steakhouse looking for experienced Food Runners to join our team.
POSITION
- $10/hour + tips
- Cash tips typically average approximately $100 per night
- Combined earnings can be $20+/hour
- Pay is weekly
- Cash tips are paid nightly or the following day
- 5 shifts available
- Typical shift: 4:00 PM 11:30 PM
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run food quickly and accurately from the kitchen to the dining room
- Carry multiple plates at once while maintaining proper presentation
- Carry 20 30 lb. trays of food
- Safely navigate stairs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Assist servers and the kitchen team in maintaining a fast, efficient service
- Maintain a clean, organized service area
- Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff
- Provide professional and friendly service to guests
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous restaurant experience required
- Must have experience as a Food Runner, Busser, or similar restaurant position
- Must be comfortable working in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Must be physically capable of carrying multiple plates and 20 30 lb. trays up and down stairs
- Must be dependable, energetic, and able to work at a fast pace
- Must be available seven days a week
- Weekend and holiday availability is required
Only candidates with previous restaurant busser or food runner experience will be considered.
