The Host/Hostess supports front-of-house operations in a casino dining environment. Responsibilities include answering calls, taking reservations as needed, assisting guests, and coordinating with team members to support smooth service. The role may also include coordinating food and beverage delivery and processing guest payments, as assigned.

High school diploma or GED and two years of serving experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong communication, listening, teamwork, adaptability, and customer-service skills; attention to detail, accountability, and initiative.
Ability to obtain a food handler's card, pass alcohol-awareness training, obtain and maintain licensing from the appropriate gaming authority, and obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed; stand for extended periods and frequently bend and kneel; and lift up to 50 pounds.
Work may take place in climate-controlled areas or on casino floors, with exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.
