Position Overview: As a Server, you will create a warm, efficient, and memorable dining experience for every guest. You will guide guests through the menu, manage multiple tables, communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar, and deliver attentive service from greeting through payment.

Key Qualifications:

• Friendly, polished, and guest-focused communication
• Ability to handle multiple tables and priorities at once
• Working knowledge of POS systems and payment handling
• Comfort discussing menu items, specials, and promotions
• Working knowledge of wine and cocktails
• Availability for high-volume shifts
• Ability to stand and carry trays for extended periods

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and guide them through the dining experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Manage pacing, table maintenance, and guest needs throughout service
• Communicate allergies, modifications, and timing with the kitchen
• Process payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures
• Support side work, cleanliness, and team service standards
