Fine Dining Server

Opus at The Belfry House is looking for an experienced, hospitality-driven Fine Dining Server to join our team.

Our intimate dining room offers chef-driven multi-course tasting menus, curated wine pairings, craft cocktails, and highly personalized service. We’re looking for someone who is confident with guests, knowledgeable about wine and beverages, and comfortable providing polished service in a fine-dining environment.

What You'll Do\n

• \n
• Provide attentive and professional fine-dining service
• \n
• Guide guests through multi-course tasting menus
• \n
• Present and serve curated wine pairings
• \n
• Make wine recommendations based on guest preferences
• \n
• Prepare and serve classic and specialty cocktails
• \n
• Provide bartending service as needed
• \n
• Maintain knowledge of menu ingredients, wines, cocktails, and dietary considerations
• \n
• Work closely with the culinary team to maintain proper pacing throughout service
• \n
• Assist with opening, closing, and dining room/bar preparation
• \n

What We're Looking For\n

• \n
• Previous serving experience; fine-dining or upscale experience preferred
• \n
• Strong wine knowledge
• \n
• Bartending experience
• \n
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills
• \n
• Professional, polished, and detail-oriented
• \n
• Dependable and comfortable working as part of a small team
• \n
• Availability for evening service, particularly Thursdays and Saturdays
• \n
