We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fine Dining Bartenders/Servers to join our team. As a Fine Dining Bartender/Server, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests. Position Responsibilities:
- Create Craft Cocktails using premium spirits and ingredients. (Bartender specific)
-Follow restaurant drink recipes as well as creating daily or weekly drink specials (Bartender specific)
-Provide education to guests regarding extensive bourbon/whiskey selections
-Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail
- Assist with setting up tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous manner
- Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent guest services
Skills:
- Previous experience (5+ years) working in a fine dining restaurant or similar upscale establishment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations
- Excellent math skills for accurately processing payments and making change
- Knowledge of basic food safety practices and regulations
- Exceptional hospitality skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
