    We are seeking a highly skilled Finish Carpenter with experience in luxury residential construction to join our team. This role is ideal for a craftsman who takes pride in precision, detail, and white-glove execution within occupied, finished homes.

    You will be responsible for delivering exceptional finish work, including millwork, hardware installation, and fine carpentry, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in client-facing environments.

    This is a hands-on role requiring technical expertise, strong judgment, and the ability to operate seamlessly in high-end, furnished residences.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    CRAFTSMANSHIP & EXECUTION

    • Execute high-end finish carpentry, including trim, moldings, cabinetry, and custom millwork
    • Install and adjust premium hardware and finish materials with precision
    • Perform detailed layout work and interpret blueprints accurately
    • Maintain exceptional quality standards aligned with luxury residential expectations

    SITE PROFESSIONALISM

    • Work effectively in occupied, finished, and furnished residences
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful job site at all times
    • Communicate professionally with team members, supervisors, and clients

    TOOLS & PERFORMANCE

    • Operate hand tools and power tools with advanced proficiency
    • Maintain personal tools and ensure safe working condition
    • Plan and execute daily work efficiently

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 2 – 5 years of experience in high-end / luxury residential construction
    • Proven expertise in finish carpentry, millwork, and hardware installation
    • Cabinet-making experience preferred
    • Ability to read blueprints and perform layouts
    • Experience working in occupied, high-end residential environments
    • Driver’s License a plus
    • A Background check, Drug screening and References will be required

    CERTIFICATIONS & TRAINING

    • OSHA 30-Hour
    • SST Card (Blue) Eight Hour Fall Prevention Training, Two Hour Drug and Alcohol Awareness Training
    • 4-Hour Supported Scaffold Certification
    • Must complete within 90 days of hire:
      • Scaffolding Training
      • Asbestos Awareness
      • Lead Awareness
      • Mold Awareness
      • Silica Awareness

    TECHNICAL SKILLS

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
    • Experience with Microsoft Project (preferred)

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    While performing the duties of this role, the employee is frequently exposed to:

    • Fumes, airborne particles, and moving mechanical parts
    • Vibrations and loud construction environments
    • Outdoor conditions including heat, humidity, and inclement weather

    The position regularly involves working:

    • Near active construction equipment
    • In finished residential environments
    • In conditions with dust, noise, and site activity

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    This role requires the ability to:

    • Lift, push, pull, and carry heavy materials
    • Stand and walk for extended periods
    • Perform strenuous physical labor under field conditions
    • Maintain strong stamina and endurance

    Additional requirements include:

    • Excellent manual dexterity and coordination
    • Ability to move quickly and safely on active job sites
    • Sustained use of core strength for lifting and stability
