How you’ll contribute
- Plan and source: Evaluate job specs and pick materials—wood, metal, ceramics, or textiles—that meet performance, durability, and design intent.
- Execute with care: Use and maintain tools responsibly to ensure safe, efficient, detail-driven work.
- Set expectations: Estimate timelines and budgets; support accurate billing and clear communication.
- Delight customers: Provide service that turns first-time clients into lifelong advocates.
What sets you up for success
- 3–5+ years spanning multiple trades.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Your own reliable truck or van and a personally owned tool kit.
- Experience scoping and pricing projects (time and materials) preferred.
- OSHA 10 Certification achieved within 90 days of start.
- Comfort with digital tools; familiarity with Service Titan is a bonus.

Physical demands
- Stand, walk, and climb ladders/stairs to at least 15 ft.
- Lift a minimum of 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl as tasks require.
- Natural or corrected vision capable of close, distance, and peripheral focus with normal depth perception.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
