THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR FINISH INSTALLER
THE SCHEDULE:
This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed.
YOUR ROLE:
As our Finish Installer, you'll install registers, grills, thermostats, and accessories on-site. Your duties include connecting components, checking for leaks, and charging units. You'll start up systems, fine-tune performance, and ensure everything meets Airtron's high standards. By verifying that every system runs flawlessly, you'll leave a clean workspace and a satisfied customer.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
Preferred qualifications include HVAC trade school certification, 1+ years of related experience, and EPA certification. We're looking for a positive, team-oriented professional who values safety, builds strong relationships, and is eager to learn and grow.
