Pay: $20.50 – $22.14 per hour (Includes Shift Differentials)

Briggs & Stratton is looking for Finishers to join their growing production team in Sherrill, NY! Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM ($20.50/hr)
- 2nd Shift: 2:50 PM – 10:50 PM ($20.50/hr + 8% shift differential)
Key Responsibilities:
- Surface Preparation: Prepare parts for the powder coating process by masking, sanding, and performing necessary prep work.
- Line Operations: Efficiently hang and remove materials on and off moving conveyor lines.
- Quality Control: Ensure all parts meet finish standards before and after the painting process.
- Safety and Collaboration: Follow all safety protocols and work with the team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience: 6+ months of experience in manufacturing, painting, or finishing is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Applicants must commit to an excellent attendance record and follow all pre-employment guidelines.
- Attributes: Must be self-motivated, safety-oriented, and eager to learn new skills.
