* Manage interior and exterior finish activities
* Coordinate subcontractors through project closeout
* Drive punch list completion and final turnover efforts
* Ensure luxury-level quality and craftsmanship standards
* Maintain schedule accountability during finishing phases

Profile

* Experience delivering luxury residential or hospitality projects
* Strong quality control and punch list management skills
* Knowledge of finish sequencing and turnover processes
* Ability to coordinate multiple finishing trades
* Strong attention to detail and leadership capabilities

Job Offer
