Finished Vehicle Systems \u0026 Carrier Development Lead

A balanced technical and business mindset is critical to effectively support operational needs. This role offers broad exposure across multiple functional groups within Stellantis.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the automotive, OEM, or similar industry
• Cross-functional experience in supply chain management disciplines
• Prior experience interacting with multi-disciplinary and operational teams
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask within tight deadlines
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Data Analytic tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or MBA
• Experience in Finished Vehicle operations or a related discipline
• Prior automotive and/or IT systems experience
• Familiarity with Stellantis ICT systems
• Proven ability to operate effectively in global, cross-cultural environments
• Foreign language proficiency
