2nd Shift Finisher – Huntington Beach

We are currently hiring a 2nd Shift Finisher for a manufacturing company in Huntington Beach. This position is responsible for finishing metal parts by sanding, polishing, and preparing them for plating and the next stage of production.

Pay: $20.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:15 PM–11:00 PM
Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Shift: 2nd Shift

Job Responsibilities

• Sandblast and polish metal parts to achieve a smooth finish.

• Operate polishing machines and hand tools.

• Apply chemical solutions used in the metal finishing and plating process.

• Remove chrome plating from parts when required.

• Inspect parts for quality and proper finish.

• Prepare and stage finished parts for the next production process.

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, metal finishing, polishing, or sandblasting experience preferred.

• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work with hand tools and production equipment.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Ability to perform repetitive movements such as sanding and polishing.

• Ability to lift and move parts as required.

• Ability to wear required PPE while working with machinery and finishing chemicals.
