Now Hiring: Manufacturing / Finishing Associate – 1st Shift

We are seeking a reliable Manufacturing Associate to support assembly, finishing, and production operations in a hands‑on manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical units to close tolerances with high accuracy
• Use hand and power tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, cutters, and nut drivers
• Assist with engineering prototype assembly and note errors or documentation changes
• Load, unload, lift, and move materials using carts, forklifts, cranes, or jibs (if trained)
• Prepare surfaces and apply paints, lacquers, or enamels
• Hang and remove parts from paint lines
• Scan work orders and serial tags to access blueprints
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Perform additional production duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Up to 1 year of manufacturing or related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Ability to read blueprints, instructions, and safety procedures
• Willingness to learn, cross‑train, and work in other departments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Schedule

• 1st Shift
• 40 hours per week, with overtime as required based on production needs

Physical Requirements

• Moderate manual dexterity and physical exertion
• Ability to lift, position, and move materials
• Occasional exposure to industrial hazards; PPE required
