SUMMARY:
The Sand & Buff position is responsible for the polishing cabs, parts, and other products to ensure compliance with Spartan's Paint Appearance Requirement for emergency response cabs and bodies.

Body and paint experience preferred
Able to:
Operate a DA sander and an air polisher for extended amounts of time
Tolerate very high heat temperatures and dusty conditions
Work overtime on short notice
Be willing to:
Wear PPE respirators for extended amount of time
Improve self / area / company (including pursuing additional training, if needed)
Develop a working knowledge of Spartan's systems (example: AS/400)
