Finisher – 1st Shift
Location: Milwaukee
Pay Rate: $18/hour
We are seeking motivated Finishers to mount louvers, doors, and silencers on our enclosures. This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with tools, learning new skills, and contributing to a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Schedule
- Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Post-Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Training & Responsibilities
Training will include:
- Finishing techniques
- Hands-on manufacturing skills
- Learning new hand and power tools
- Assembly fundamentals
- Installing doors and louvers
- Installing sound baffles
Job Duties
- Mount louvers, doors, silencers, and related components onto enclosures
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow assembly instructions and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to use or learn hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and motivated work ethic
- Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
