What you’ll do• Production Operations: Operate adjustable table-mounted grinders and belt sanders to grind and fit metal cast assemblies, ensuring precision and quality in every piece. Daily tasks include rotating through multiple work cell areas such as Stack/Wedge, Wedge-Grind, and Saw-Grind operations.

• Quality Control: Use hand grinding tools and dimensional gauges to fit adapters, points, and stainless sleeves accurately, contributing to the reliability of finished products.

• Collaboration & Daily Responsibilities: Engage in hands-on manufacturing tasks including grinding, fitting, painting, and packaging.

• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

What you’ll bring

Must-haves:• Experience with hand tools and physically demanding roles involving lifting and moving up to 40 pounds regularly.• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with attention to detail.• High School Diploma or equivalent.• Willingness and ability to become forklift certified and use a full-face respirator safely.

Nice-to-haves:• Experience working with steel, including forming and cutting.• Previous manufacturing or fabrication experience, especially in grinding or foundry operations.• Forklift operation experience.• Strong team player with adaptability and a hands-on approach.
