As part of the DFC Manufacturing Group, we combine the agility of a focused finishing operation with the stability and support of a broader national manufacturing platform.POSITION SUMMARYThe Finishing Lead (Folder Gluer / Inkjet Lead) oversees and performs hands-on production work across folding, gluing, inkjet addressing, and related finishing operations. This role is responsible for setting up and running folder gluer and inkjet equipment, leading a small crew, and ensuring jobs are completed accurately, on time, and to customer specifications.
