Are you mechanically inclined and looking for a hands-on career in manufacturing? We're seeking a Finishing Line Operator to join our production team. In this role, you'll operate bindery and finishing equipment to produce high-quality printed products while ensuring production, quality, and safety standards are met. 
What You'll Do
  • Operate high-speed finishing and bindery equipment to complete production orders.
  • Set up machines according to job specifications and production requirements.
  • Read and interpret job tickets to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Perform finishing operations such as cutting, folding, die cutting, drilling, scoring, padding, and saddle stitching.
  • Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot minor issues as they arise.
  • Perform routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and preventative maintenance.
  • Maintain production goals while ensuring finished products meet quality standards.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new equipment quickly.
  • Previous bindery, printing, machine operation, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
  • Basic math skills, including working with decimals and measurements.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
