Phillips Staffing is now hiring for 3rd Shift Finishing Machine Operators for a leading manufacturer located in Liberty, SC! We are seeking motivated individuals who able to work productively in a medium-to-fast paced environment. Responsibilities:- Removes flash and blemished per control plan using proper tool and supervisors’ instructions.
- Handles castings in acceptable manner, bulk or layer pack per supervisors’ instructions.
- Uses gauges per supervisors’ instruction.
- Meets minimum production requirements.
- Performs housekeeping duties per supervisors’ instructions.
- Required to wear safety glasses and steel toed boots
Requirements:- Must be self-motivated
- Must be productive with the ability to work in a team environment
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work Overtime, as required
- Must follow the dress code: Steel Toe, ESD shoes are required, plant wide.
