Phillips Staffing is now hiring for 3rd Shift Finishing Machine Operators for a leading manufacturer located in Liberty, SC! We are seeking motivated individuals who able to work productively in a medium-to-fast paced environment. Responsibilities:
Removes flash and blemished per control plan using proper tool and supervisors’ instructions.
Handles castings in acceptable manner, bulk or layer pack per supervisors’ instructions.
Uses gauges per supervisors’ instruction.
Meets minimum production requirements.
Performs housekeeping duties per supervisors’ instructions.
Required to wear safety glasses and steel toed boots
Requirements:
Must be self-motivated
Must be productive with the ability to work in a team environment
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to work Overtime, as required
Must follow the dress code: Steel Toe, ESD shoes are required, plant wide.
