Finishing Machine Operator

Phillips Staffing is now hiring for a 1st Shift Finishing Machine Operator for a leading manufacturer located in Liberty, SC! We are seeking motivated individuals who able to work productively in a medium-to-fast paced environment.  Responsibilities:

• Removes flash and blemished per control plan using proper tool and supervisors’ instructions.
• Handles castings in acceptable manner, bulk or layer pack per supervisors’ instructions.
• Uses gauges per supervisors’ instruction.
• Meets minimum production requirements.
• Performs housekeeping duties per supervisors’ instructions.
• Required to wear safety glasses and steel toed boots

Requirements:

• Must be self-motivated 
• Must be productive with the ability to work in a team environment
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work Overtime, as required
• Must follow the dress code: Steel Toe, ESD shoes are required, plant wide. 

Shift Schedule: 1st Shift,2nd and 3rd Shifts are available!Pay Rate: $16.00 (3rd Shift has a $1.00 shift premium) #IND2
