Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

• Perform 100% visual inspections of injection molded and machined products
• Inspect products for defects before packaging and shipment
• Load seal rings into cure tubes for heat-setting processes
• Remove seal rings from cure tubes and conduct final visual inspections
• Move products, parts, and shipping materials throughout the facility
• Load and unload tumblers and inspect finished products
• Maintain a clean room-type environment for part inspections
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Shipping departments
• Follow all quality and safety procedures

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit for extended periods while inspecting parts
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed
• Strong visual attention to detail
• Ability to perform repetitive inspection tasks

What You Will Do

As a Finishing Operator you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The Finishing Operator plays an important role in manufacturing by supporting production processes that transform raw materials into finished products. This position requires attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced production environments.
