2nd shift - 3:45 p.m. - 12:15 a.m. + overtime when needed
Must be able to train 1 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. for a couple of weeks.
Summary:
Deburrs machined parts with close tolerances to customer specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Deburrs machined parts using hand tools under a microscope to ensure internal and/or external surfaces of
parts are to specified dimensions and finish.
Consistently manufactures parts of high complexity while maintaining close tolerances.
Accurately measures and inspects parts using a variety of inspection tools and equipment to meet drawing
specifications and ensuring part quality.
Keeps detailed and accurate records of quantities, setup/cycle times and material traceability on all work
performed.
Assists Engineering/CNC Programming with product development.
Directly accountable for quality and production and helping to achieve scheduled set-up and production hours.
Actively participates in continuous improvement activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by Lead and/or Manager.
Education and/or Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Mathematical Skills:
Working knowledge of shop math.
Other Skills and Abilities:
The ability to work with close tolerances under a microscope is required. Must be able to read and interpret
work instructions, blueprints and inspection plans.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job
include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus. Handling of some chemicals and solvents
required.
