Deburr / Finishing TechnicianJob SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented 1st shift (Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) Deburr/Finishing Technician to hand-finish and deburr precision metal parts and castings used in the aviation fuel systems industry. This role involves shaping and smoothing machined components using hand tools and microscopes while ensuring all work meets established specifications and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDeburr, shape, and smooth precision machined components using hand tools and microscopesRemove excess material and clean up grinding and filing on metal partsFollow documented procedures and specifications to ensure quality complianceMaintain a clean and organized workstationObserve all safety procedures and report unsafe conditionsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDMinimum 6 months related experience in deburring, finishing, or similar precision workStrong attention to detail and fine motor skillsBasic knowledge of hand tools and mechanical aptitudeAbility to work independently and follow detailed processesReliable on-site attendance requiredWork EnvironmentIndoor manufacturing environmentWork may involve repetitive tasks using small hand toolsOccasional exposure to noise, temperature changes, fumes, and airborne particles
