    Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Finishing Technician to support post-machining finishing operations for metal medical implants in a high-volume, regulated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for blasting, polishing, inspection, documentation, and maintaining strict quality and compliance standards.Key Responsibilities
    • Perform blasting, hand-finishing, and polishing of metal implants following CNC machining
    • Conduct in-process inspections per Work Instructions using calipers, micrometers, and comparators
    • Accurately document workflow transactions in ERP system (Oracle or equivalent)
    • Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T
    • Support preventive maintenance activities and assist with corrective actions
    • Maintain compliance with ISO standards, GMP, SOPs, and safety regulations
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing environment
    • Support engineering activities including process validations and equipment qualifications
    Qualifications
    • High School Diploma or GED required; technical training preferred
    • 1–3 years of experience in medical device or other regulated manufacturing environment preferred
    • Experience with metal finishing and post-machining processes
    • Familiarity with ISO standards and Good Manufacturing Practices
    • ERP experience (Oracle preferred) and basic Microsoft Office proficiency
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Lean manufacturing experience a plus
