Stand-By Personnel is currently seeking a dependable Finning Helper for a growing industrial facility. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates looking to gain experience and grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• 
  Assist in the finning process by supporting machine operators and welders
  
• 
  Load and position materials for finning equipment
  
• 
  Help attach fins to tubing or metal components per specifications
  
• 
  Grind, clean, and prep materials before and after processing
  
• 
  Inspect materials for defects and report any issues
  
• 
  Maintain tools and equipment and assist with basic maintenance
  
• 
  Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
  
• 
  Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• 
  High school diploma or GED preferred
  
• 
  Previous manufacturing or general labor experience preferred
  
• 
  Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand tools
  
• 
  Ability to follow directions and work in a team environment
  
• 
  Strong work ethic and attention to detail

  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  
• 
  Frequent standing, bending, and repetitive motion

  Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment (heat, noise, dust)
