Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Fintube Operator PM to join a growing manufacturing team in Sapulpa, OK. This position is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating fin machines used in the production of heat exchanger components while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety standards.

The ideal Fintube Operator PM has fin machine experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Fin machine operating experience REQUIRED
Manufacturing or heat exchanger production experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production specifications
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to perform machine setups and changeovers efficiently
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED
Ability to work extended hours and overtime as needed
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Set up, adjust, and operate fin machines according to production specifications
Load programs, tooling, and materials for various production runs
Monitor machine performance to ensure quality and production efficiency
Perform machine changeovers while minimizing downtime
Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and quality standards
Troubleshoot basic machine issues and perform routine maintenance tasks
Track materials and report shortages, defects, or production concerns
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
Work Environment

Exposure to machinery, tooling, moving equipment, and industrial processes
Fast-paced production setting focused on quality and efficiency
Physically active role requiring standing, walking, lifting, and machine operation throughout the shift
