Job Summary – Fire Alarm Project Manager

Location: Lowell, AR 72745
Position: Fire Alarm Project Manager
Duration: Permanent
Shift: 8AM – 5PM
Compensation: $70K – $90K
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operational and project tasks
  • Coordinate project logistics and scheduling
  • Create and maintain project documentation/files
  • Handle project billing and reporting
  • Source, evaluate, and estimate bid opportunities
  • Review architectural and engineering drawings
  • Coordinate physical security and fire alarm installations
  • Delegate work and manage field/team resources
  • Ensure OSHA and company safety compliance
  • Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction

Required Experience

  • 5+ years in Fire Alarm / Physical Security industry
  • Experience as Technician, Engineer, PM, or Field Manager
  • Strong background in:
    • Fire Alarm Systems
    • Access Control Systems (ACS)
    • CCTV / Video Surveillance
    • Physical Security Installations
  • Experience estimating fire alarm projects independently
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
