The Fire Alarm & Sprinkler Inspections Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and compliance of buildings by managing and overseeing the inspection schedules for fire alarm and sprinkler systems. This position is responsible for coordinating with inspection teams, clients, and regulatory bodies to guarantee that all fire safety equipment is inspected thoroughly and meets local, state, and national fire codes. The coordinator will maintain detailed records of inspections, follow up on any deficiencies, and facilitate timely repairs or maintenance to uphold safety standards. By effectively managing inspection workflows and communication, this role helps prevent fire hazards and supports the overall fire protection strategy of the organization. Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in coordinating or scheduling inspections, preferably in fire safety or building maintenance.
  • Basic understanding of fire alarm and sprinkler systems and relevant fire safety codes.
