Job Details

We are seeking a Commercial Fire Alarm Technician to support the continued growth of our life safety operations in the Raleigh–Durham market.

This role will focus on installing and troubleshooting of commercial fire alarm systems in new construction environments and/or exciting clients. The technician will work alongside field crews to ensure systems are installed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes.

Responsibilities

  • Install commercial fire alarm systems on construction projects
  • Run and terminate wiring and device connections
  • Assist with system testing and commissioning
  • Work with field teams and project leadership to complete installations on schedule
  • Ensure installations meet applicable safety and code requirements
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and documentation

Qualifications

  • Experience installing commercial fire alarm or low-voltage systems
  • 2+ years of industry experience (All levels welcome)
  • Experience working on commercial construction projects
  • Ability to read installation plans and follow technical specifications
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in the field environment

Location
Raleigh–Durham–Chapel Hill, North Carolina
All travel is local.
