Enrollment Coach – United Defense Tactical | Glendale, AZ

United Defense Tactical in Glendale is looking for an experienced salesperson with firearms experience to join our team as an Enrollment Coach.


This is a sales position first. We need someone who enjoys talking to people, knows how to work a lead, follows up consistently, and is comfortable asking for the sale.


United Defense Tactical is not a traditional gun range. We are a membership-based training facility offering scenario-based simulator training, firearms instruction, self-defense, conditioning, and ongoing training designed to help everyday people become more confident and prepared.


What You'll Do

• Conduct approximately 90-minute introductory appointments, facility tours, and simulator demonstrations
  
  
• Get to know prospects, understand why they're interested in training, and connect our programs to their goals
  
  
• Present membership options, handle objections, and close sales
  
  
• Follow up consistently with new leads, no-shows, and previous prospects
  
  
• Communicate with prospects throughout the day by phone, text, and email
  
  
• Manage your leads, notes, appointments, and follow-ups in our CRM
  
  
• Meet individual sales and enrollment goals
  
  

Follow-up is a big part of this position. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their pipeline and understands that many sales happen after the first conversation.


You don't stare at a lead in the CRM hoping they'll call you.


You reach out, build the relationship, and keep the conversation moving.


What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience and a track record of closing
  
  
• Firearms, shooting, or personal defense experience
  
  
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  
  
• Comfortable making calls, texting, emailing, and working a lead pipeline
  
  
• Organized and consistent with follow-up
  
  
• Able to connect with both experienced shooters and people completely new to firearms
  
  
• Self-motivated and comfortable being accountable for your numbers
  
  
• Available to work evenings and weekends
  
  

Military, law enforcement, security, or professional firearms experience is a plus, but this is not an instructor position. We're looking for a salesperson who understands firearms.


Experience with ClubReady, GoHighLevel, or similar CRM systems is also a plus.


Compensation & Benefits


Base Pay + Uncapped Commission
Expected OTE: $75,000–$100,000+

Schedule


Full-Time


Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM


Evening and weekend availability is required.
